Storefront uses a pre-built layout adapted to your brand colors and logo — fast, clean, not built from scratch.

Cornerstone & Landmark are designed specifically for your business. Layout, typography, and visual style are all original. We don't reuse templates across clients.

✍️ Who writes the content?
You do — for Storefront and Cornerstone. We provide a content brief that tells you exactly what to write per page. Most clients finish it in 2–4 hours.

Landmark includes professional copywriting for up to 10 pages. We interview you, then write it.

Storefront/Cornerstone clients can add copywriting at $75–$100 per page.
🔍 What does "SEO foundations" include?
Technical SEO setup — not an ongoing campaign. Specifically:
  • Page titles & meta descriptions for every page
  • Proper heading structure (H1, H2, H3)
  • XML sitemap + robots.txt
  • Google Search Console submission
  • Basic schema markup
  • Image alt text
  • Landmark only: keyword targeting per page

These are flat-priced projects planned during strategy sessions and scoped separately from the website build. They are not custom software development — that's scoped independently.

Yes, and yes. Full source code at project completion — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, all assets. No proprietary CMS, no license fees, no lock-in.

Built on standard web tech. Can run on Azure, Netlify, Cloudflare Pages, GitHub Pages, or your own server. We'd love to keep the relationship — but you're never stuck.
