Will my email or services go down during the switch? +

No. Your team continues working normally throughout the entire transition process. We're only changing who manages your billing and licensing - your actual Microsoft 365 services remain completely unaffected. Email flows, files stay accessible, Teams keeps working.

How long does it take to switch partners? +

The technical switch takes just minutes. The entire process from first contact to completed transition typically takes 5-7 business days, including our assessment and your approval steps. Most of that time is spent on our side preparing your custom recommendations - the actual partner change is nearly instant.

Do I need to change passwords or reconfigure anything? +

No. All your settings, data, passwords, and configurations remain exactly the same. Your users won't notice any difference. The only change is administrative - who receives your billing and provides support.

What if I'm in a contract with my current provider? +

Most CSP agreements are month-to-month with no termination penalties. We'll review your current agreement with you to understand any obligations. Even if there are terms to consider, we can help you plan the optimal transition timing. Many clients find they weren't actually locked in at all.

What happens to my existing data and settings? +

Are there any hidden fees? +

No hidden fees, ever. We believe in complete transparency. You pay for your Microsoft 365 licenses at the agreed rate - that's it. Support tiers have clear, published pricing. We don't surprise you with setup fees, migration charges, or mysterious "service fees."

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and can set up invoicing for larger organizations. Billing is monthly, and you'll receive clear invoices showing exactly what you're paying for.

Do you offer volume discounts? +

Yes! We offer tiered volume discounts: 2% off for 50+ users, 4% off for 100+ users, 5% off for 250+ users, and 6% off for 500+ users.

Can I add or remove licenses anytime? +

Yes. Adding licenses is quick - just let us know and we'll provision them for you. Removing licenses takes effect at the end of your billing cycle. We proactively help you identify unused licenses so you're never paying for seats you don't need.

What's included in the free Base Camp support? +

Base Camp includes: email support, core cloud infrastructure monitoring, proactive security alerts, monthly health reports, and license optimization recommendations. It's a $2,400 annual value included free with every Microsoft 365 partnership. See all support tiers.

What support channels do you offer? +

Support channels vary by tier: Base Camp includes email support, Trail Guide adds phone support and priority handling, and Ridge Runner includes a dedicated account manager with monthly strategy sessions. View all support tiers.

Do I talk to real people or chatbots? +

Real people. You'll work directly with Microsoft-certified engineers who take the time to understand your environment. When you reach out, you talk to our team - people who can actually help with your specific situation.

Can I upgrade or downgrade support tiers anytime? +

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties, no questions asked. We want you on the tier that's right for your current needs.

What happens if there's an emergency outside business hours? +

Our Ridge Runner tier includes extended hours support and priority emergency response. For critical issues affecting business operations, we're there when you need us.

Will I have a dedicated account manager? +

Trail Guide tier and above include a dedicated account manager who knows your environment, understands your business goals, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve. They're your single point of contact for strategic discussions.

🔒 Security & Compliance

Do you support HIPAA compliance? +

Yes. Microsoft 365 includes HIPAA-eligible services, and we help healthcare organizations configure them properly. We can assist with Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), security configurations, and compliance documentation. Several of our clients are in healthcare.

How do you handle security incidents? +

We have documented incident response procedures. When a security event is detected, we immediately notify you, contain the threat, investigate the scope, remediate the issue, and provide a post-incident report. Higher support tiers include proactive threat monitoring to catch issues before they escalate.

Do you have access to our data? +

As your CSP partner, we have administrative access to manage your tenant, but we do not access your actual data (emails, files, etc.) without explicit permission for support purposes. Your data remains yours, protected by Microsoft's enterprise security and your access controls.

Can you help with security assessments? +

Absolutely. We offer free domain health checks that analyze your email security (SPF, DMARC, DKIM), and our support tiers include regular security reviews. We proactively identify vulnerabilities and provide actionable recommendations.

What certifications do you have? +

We're a Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider with Microsoft-certified engineers on staff. We maintain current certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, and security specializations. Our team stays current with Microsoft's evolving platform and best practices.

Can you help migrate from Google Workspace? +

Yes. We have experience migrating organizations from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. We handle email migration, calendar transfers, and file moves from Google Drive to OneDrive/SharePoint. We plan the migration to minimize disruption and ensure nothing gets lost.

Do you support hybrid environments? +
