Pre-Migration Checklist

Account Information

    You'll need this to authorize the partner relationship
  • Document your Microsoft 365 tenant domain

  • List all custom domains
    Any domains connected to your tenant
  • Note current billing cycle end date
    To coordinate transition timing

License Inventory

  • Count total licensed users
    Active users with assigned licenses
  • List license types in use
    Business Basic, Business Premium, E3, E5, etc.
  • Identify any add-on licenses
    Defender, Intune, Power BI Pro, etc.
  • Note any unused or unassigned licenses

Will my users need to do anything?

No. Your users won't notice any change. Same login credentials, same email addresses, same apps. Everything continues working exactly as before.

What happens to my data?

Your data stays exactly where it is - in your Microsoft 365 tenant. We become your billing and support partner, not your data host. Microsoft still hosts your data.

Can I switch back if I'm not happy?

We offer flexible commitment options - monthly, annual, or 3-year terms. Choose what works best for your business, with savings for longer commitments.

How long does the transition take?

The actual technical transition is nearly instant once you authorize us as your partner. The full onboarding process, including setup of monitoring and support channels, takes about a week.

Will there be any service interruption?

No. The partner transition happens at the billing level, not the service level. Your Microsoft 365 services continue running without interruption throughout the process.
